中央关于增加受保护的资本家数目给上海市委的电报

三月十四日报告及早几天薄一波同志的报告均已收到。你们的计划很好。惟五反计划中我们希望从第三类移一部分到第二类，对坚决保护和一般保护的资本家数目能增加一些就好，望酌情处理。
