（二）同意中央节约检查委员会主任薄一波同志七月二十六日关于检查违犯财政纪律的初步总结报告，并将此项报告发给你们。中央责成中央节约检查委员会于九月间再行检查一次，看各级应做检讨的财政和后勤部门是否都将检讨做好送来。

（三）此件和附件应在党内刊物上登载。
