中央关于各中央局、分局在近期召开全体委员会议的指示

各中央局、分局：

西北局定于四月下旬开西北局委员全体会议。各中央局分局如果在最近期间未开会议者，最好在四月下旬召开一次全体委员会议。因为在五月上旬或中旬，中央可能召开有各中央局主要负责同志及某些分局的主要负责同志参加的政治局扩大会议。
