薄一波、杨立三两同志，并告刘、周、朱、彭德怀同志：

自几个月前中央发出指示，要求专署以上各级财务行政机关及军队军以上各级后勤部门向中财委及总后勤[部]作出违反财政纪律的自我检讨，限期上送，请你们饬专人检查一次，将已作检讨者与未作检讨者列成一张表，送给我及中央同志阅看，并提出处理意见。
