毛泽东转发贵州军区三反运动三日简报第一号的批语

各大军区，志愿军，并转各级军区和各军；各中央局，并转分局、省市区党委：

看了贵州军区一月十日的报告，又看了其他地方的一些报告，使人感觉许多地方（包括许多军事单位）的三反斗争还没有真正发起起来。在这些报告中看不见贪污分子的大批暴露和群众斗争的猛烈爆发。贵州军区则大不相同，真正发动了群众斗争，暴露了大批的贪污分子。无论党政军民哪一系统，哪一机关，只要是大批地管钱管物的，就一定有大批的贪污犯。很多机关压制民主，群众怨愤极深。有些机关官僚主义极为严重，领导者脱离群众，闹得不像样子。凡此一切，均须彻底揭发，才能解决问题。请你们以贵州的报告作标准去检查所属的报告，一切不痛不痒的报告，千万不要相信。
