中央关于饶漱石病休由陈毅代理各项职务的决定

华东局、并陈毅粟裕二同志：

接二月一日十四时栗裕同志来电，知饶漱石同志病情严重，必须休养。中央决定饶漱石同志立即开始休息两个月，各项职务由陈毅同志代理，由谭震林同志秉承陈毅同志主持华东局和华东军政委员会的日常实际工作。关于饶漱石同志休养的地点我们认为必须离开上海，最好到北京来。请粟裕同志再到上海和漱石同志当面商量决定，并和漱石同志同车来京为盼。
