中央关于春耕工作的指示

各中央局，并转分局、省市区党委、地委：

（一）春耕即到，各省级、专区级和县级除对春耕作出全盘布置外，并应指定专人负责经常领导春耕工作，争取今年丰收，不得疏忽。（二）春耕前及春耕中，区乡两级均不得进行三反斗争，应以全力从事春耕工作（有些新区还有土改工作）。区乡两级的三反应放在春耕完成以后去做，并应在各中央局各分局各省委区党委的统一部署和统一号令之下进行。区乡两级已经发动三反斗争者，除县级以上党委为了典型试验的少数地点外，均应停止，以防发生混乱现象。
