军委转发陈毅关于华东军区开展反官僚主义斗争的电报的批语

陈毅同志并华东军区党委，并告各大军区、志司和军委各部门：

（一）二月十一日陈毅同志给唐亮同志的电报收悉。我们同意这些意见。（二）请各大军区及军委各部门立即注意反官僚主义的问题，其办法就是经常不断地派有威信的负责人员下去检查工作，对严重的官僚主义与违法乱纪的干部展开批判和斗争，最典型者予以惩处。望对此事加以讨论，并作布置。
