毛泽东关于在七届四中全会前征求对增强党的团结的决议草案的意见的电报

少奇同志并书记处各同志：

中央全会既定本月三十日开会，还有十几天时间，为使在各地的中央委员、候补中央委员及参加会议的同志事先有所准备起见，建议将关于加强党的团结的决议草案即日用电报发给他们阅看，如有因病因事不能到会的，请他用电报表示意见。同时可征求各中央局分局省市委的意见，以供全会参考。又张闻天同志宜通知他到会。以上请酌定。
