在第12页上加了一段。不加这一段则没有完全解决误工误课问题。如以为可，即可照发。

除了分批进行这一个部署以外，在一个工作单位中，凡是同完成五年计划中的年度季度月度计划有关的单位，必须将领导人员分为两部分，一部分人主持日常工作，在大问题上兼顾肃反，另一部分人专门主持肃反工作。群众则须在工余课余进行肃反，在必要的时候也可以占用一部分工课时间，但以不误工课为原则。
