毛泽东关于对学术问题的不同意见不应禁止谈论

刘、周、陈、彭真、小平、陈伯达阅，退定一办。

我认为这种自由谈论，不应当去禁止。这是对学术思想的不同意见，什么人都可以谈论，无所谓损害威信。因此，不要向尤金谈此事。如果国内对此类学术问题和任何领导人有不同意见，也不应加以禁止。如果企图禁止，那是完全错误的。
