刘少奇关于基督教联合会给华北局并唐山市委的指示

成立基督教联合会，在原则上，人民政府并不反对；但如果它的组织范围不仅限于唐山市内，则成立联合会问题，不属于市人民代表会议所讨论的问题，而应向适当机关请求批准。
