关于经济工作，均可照中央有关部门的计划执行，明年完成4万亿工商税收，估计也有可能，比较突出的是粮食问题，粮食不足的现象颇为严重。明年供应市场的粮食尚缺约7亿斤，加上准备外调1亿，共缺8亿斤，我们已决定用动员方式说服农民卖8亿斤给国家，能否办到，要看工作情形而定。……

土改及镇压反革命……在周兴同志报告中附带口述了杀（15万），关及劳改(20余万)， 管（10万）的数字。……
