齐齐哈尔市五反只进行了两反

【东北总分社十四日讯】东北区齐齐哈尔市在五反运动中仅有反行贿、反盗窃的“两反”，没有进行反偷漏等工作，大大影响了该市税收计划的实现。当发现这个问题后，东北区税务管理局在五月中旬虽给该市市长写信，但没有得到回信，也没有求得解决。据该市税务局负责干部谈：该市认为反偷漏不是重点，所以没有进行。
