天津市七区群众违反粮食统销政策的情况

【天津分社二十六日讯】天津市七区人民委员会最近派人到这个区的四十六个粮食门市部检查了粮食统销政策执行情况。在抽查的四百三十九户购粮户中，就发现有一百二十九户有套购粮食、超额购粮外流、串用粮证、买粮积存等违反国家粮食统销政策的情况。

据检查人员了解，居民中借购粮摺多购粮食的现象很普遍。还有不少私商利用别人购粮摺套购粮食，逃避税收。
