江西湖北有些地区农民对捐献不收谷子表示不满

【中南总分社五日讯】在捐献缴款中，江西、湖北有些地区的农民对不收新谷代作献款大为不满。这一问题亟待解决。同时，在部分机关有随便挪用或借用献款，不及时解交入库的现象。湖北江陵、鄂城、孝感等县并发生贪污捐款的事件。
