关于东江北江剿匪战斗中民兵掠杀牲畜烧毁民房事件处理的指示通报（节录）

东江上沙战斗中参加剿匪民兵队抢粮烧杀牲畜家具。北江报告乡队剿匪时烧毁民房70余间，北江分区附属两个连也参与此种行动对此事必须严肃加以处理，你们简单通报批评是非常不够的。……在广埠，福建，赣南等农村械斗有历史传统性的地区应严防不纯份子将剿匪反霸的革命斗争作为封建性的宗派斗争的工具，以免互相烧杀扰乱农村社会秩序破坏农村生产力，增加恢复和发展农村经济中的困难……
