川西区党委关于9月20日至10月全区所批死刑，死缓，无期徒刑数字及总数简报（节录）

全区土改乡一月内批准了死刑10名，连前共561人，因已超过数字，现已由各地退回，故比上次少了39名。其中：特务21名，匪首173名，政匪100名，惯匪36名，恶霸203名，有破坏行为之一贯道首7名，其它反革命犯21。

全区土改乡一月内批准死刑缓期二年执行54名，连前共301名。其中特务11名，匪首52名，政匪112名，惯匪18名，恶霸79名，有破坏行为之一贯道首4名，其他反革命犯25名。

全区一月内批准无期徒刑59名，连前共373名，其中：其中特务46名，匪首43名，政匪192名，惯匪15名，恶霸33名，其他反革命犯44名。
