黑龙江灾区农民对今年生产缺乏信心 不少农民弃地搬家

【东北总分社二十五日讯】黑龙江省南部三年来收成不好，灾民对今年生产信心不高，备耕劲头不大，并有不少困难户准备搬家。仅开通县就有三百户准备搬家，一百三十八户已经搬走。其他如灾情并不严重的讷河县，也有七百九十三户准备扔地搬家。另外，该省克山县计划种小麦四万垌。但现仅有两万七千垌的麦种。
