会理在会上点名捕人将无罪应名的捕1名判了7年徒刑，至今尚未释放。……宁南1951年处理第三党案错关了3名干部，今年5月才放出。 会东将12名罪恶轻微，原判教育释放，给予刑期超过一年仍被长期关押，并在监狱中病死一名的严重问题。西昌现有80来个案件未清除。……全区查出全部假案有15案， 牵连218人， 扣了127人。……此外宁南的“三军六师三七团案”有部分错。 会东税务干部刘华被杀大部分也属搞错，尚未处理。(p. 47)
