中共雅安地委关于检查镇反工作的紧急通知（节录）

从6月开始至8月13日，全区已经批准逮捕各种罪犯954名， 批准逮捕771名， 共为1725名，估计划搜捕数 1608名的107.2%，超额完成了任务。但从各县最近送批材料来看，质量已开始降低。 打击重点显得不明确， 如有的地方偏重于纠缠在解放前曾抢过几次人的一般土匪上，……也有的地区由于工作不够深入, 对政策界限不够十分清楚, 以至心中无数, 感到敌人越来越多,不好处理。 …… 个别地方已发生了材料失实现象。 (p. 112)
